Jeff Simon

Jeff Simon was fantastic and very helpful from day one! He took care of everything for us and made a very difficult time much easier on my family. He was very knowledgeable and made, what I thought would be a very hard sale, quick, easy and smooth. Jeff even went above and beyond to help with things that he was not required to help with, but did so in a friendly and efficient way. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure to keep communication open during the entire process. My family and I would highly recommend Jeff and we all very much appreciate everything that he did for us!

Scott Pinkerton and Jeff Simon were always on time. They took care to carefully look over the property to make sure it showed well. On a rainy day open house, they supplied shoe covers to make sure carpet stayed clean. They got my condo on the market quickly and it sold within two weeks because of their teamwork and due diligence.

Jeff Simon is a rare true professional! All details from the search to the offer to the loan and closing were handled by Jeff and his highly competitant team of pros. This process can be very stressful for some people.... when the Simon team is involved it all seemed to work like a well oiled machine. I'm completely satisfied which is not easily accomplished. Thank you Jeff and Scott, Heeather and I would recommend you without hesitation. Jeff Simon and Scotty P are the ultimate Realestate team as far as we're concerned. They would be a hard act to follow..
