About Julia

Our Roots Run Deep In South Florida's Real Estate

With over 30 years of dedicated experience in the dynamic real estate market of Miami-Dade and Broward County, we have successfully completed over 1,900 transactions, earning accolades from numerous satisfied customers. Our roots run deep in South Florida, as we both grew up here, attended Coral Gables Senior High, and pursued our higher education at Miami College and Florida International University. Our educational backgrounds uniquely complement our real estate expertise. While I entered the industry after a career in banking, armed with a degree in accounting-business administration, with dual minors in International Business and Law, Julia, my wife, brings her legal acumen, having worked as a paralegal in prominent Miami firms specializing in corporate law. Our commitment to excellence extends to our professional certifications as luxury home specialists, corporate relocation experts, and military service brokers. At the heart of our real estate practice is an unwavering dedication to a customer-centric approach. We understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant and potentially stressful life events, involving a myriad of moving parts. With us by your side, you'll receive guidance, information, consultation, and assistance in overcoming any challenges that arise during the transaction, ultimately leading to a successful closing.

I had complete faith in Julia. Working with her and Frank did not change my opinion. This sale was during a very difficult time, so it was great that I had someone like her who took great care of me and resulted in sale of my home which was very hard emotionally for me. Julia and Frank Thank you so much. I would absolutely be happy to share my opinion to anyone who is considering listing their home. Ed Jones

I have known Julia for many years as she has found me many tenants for my rental properties over those years... She also sold a property for me in 2022... Whenever I had a tenant to rent property or to sell a house I would never consider anyone but Julia... She is so professional and always--always kept me updated... I would consider no one else in the future fir my realestate concerns...that says it all!!! Julia and Frank work tremendously together as a team.... Julia is truly an outstanding professional!!! And very compassionate and understanding...
