Katelyn Warren

We had a property in Gatlinburg that was difficult to sell for a variety of reasons. Katelyn did what others couldn't, and we were thrilled with the outcome. It sold at a fair price, thanks to Katelyn's hard work at marketing it and negotiating with the buyers. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend Katelyn to anyone needing a realtor in the Smoky Mountains.

Katelyn's help thoughout the complete process of researching the market, showing multiple properties, her flexibility, her knowledge of the various homes, the locations was by far one of the best I have ever had. The current rating system is not sufficent to provide a true measure of the work that Ketelyn did going above and beyond every expectation at every point in the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent. She listened to every point we brought up and addressed them in a timely manner. When we could not find a home at the price point we orginially wanted, we told her we would increase the price point and she handled that with a full new list of homes within 24 hours we could review. To us, we is a true example of what a true professional is. Thank you Katelyn for everything,
