I had met Linda at an open house while looking, and she talked with me at length about my rather arcane set of requirements. She set up a special search on the local listing service to try and filter for houses which met my requirements (which has been pretty effective), even though she was not my agent at the time. When I decided to sell my property, I remembered Linda and got in touch. She was understanding of the situation and helped me get the listing ready quickly (her listing photographer was great too), as well as responding to several potential buyers wanting to see the property during the two days after it was listed (on a weekend, no less). Her sage advice and prompt and thorough communication with me and the potential and actual buyers helped me get an over-asking offer which allowed me to just about break even (it was a purchasing mistake, too long to go into here). I could not have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend her and will use her again.
