Mari Van Meter

For me, there is no other real estate agent other than Mari Van Meter. Her knowledge, expertise, and negotiating skills are unlike no other I have ever encountered. Mari knows all the local areas very well including Palatine which is the area we most wanted to live and found our perfect forever home. She is very honest and will inform you if a property has any possible issues. Mari wants you to be more than happy with your home and many former clients also become friends and family. We are happy to be among them! She is with you every step of the way and provides excellent communication. The entire team is a local gem.

You will not be disappointed. Mari is charming, funny, and amicable. She is also a shrewd negotiator, a dedicated researcher when it comes to clients' care-abouts, and a thorough advisor regarding comparative pricing, neighborhood history, and property value.

Mari Van Meter was just amazing to work with! She made house hunting feel way less like a chore, even when finding a property proved to be tough. She was knowledgeable, and gave us so much helpful information on each property we saw that after working with her for a month or so we really got a great idea of what exactly we needed in a home. She made putting in offers easy and we safe through the entire process. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone needing an agent to help them through this process.
