Melissa was awesome! It was so easy to talk with her and set up appointments. She took the time to find out what we wanted in a home and had excellent advice about what to look for and what things are different concerns in Alaska that we hadn't thought of before (e.g., ice dams). She is so friendly, helpful, and professional, and she was happy to explain anything we didn't understand, especially in the legal documents. Working with Melissa to buy our home was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend her!!
