Michelle Doo Van Rafelghem

Michelle is phenomenal. Responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, informative. I've bought and sold eight properties during my time with the military. She's the best. I'm so glad to have her close this deal.

This was a challenging sale due to geographic logistics and our family not being on island throughout the process. From the very beginning, Michelle recognized that challenge and stepped in far beyond what we expected from a realtor. She was proactive in helping track down documents we couldn’t locate, coordinated the emptying, cleaning, staging, showings, and ultimately the sale of the property—all while keeping things moving smoothly without requiring us to constantly step in and manage details remotely. What was most refreshing was knowing the particulars were being handled professionally and thoughtfully even when we couldn’t physically be there ourselves. Michelle brought a calm confidence and problem-solving mindset that made a potentially stressful process feel manageable from thousands of miles away. We’re incredibly grateful for her work and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly takes ownership and cares about the outcome.

Michele is TOP Professional, knowledgeable, bent backward to help and solve situations and her marketing THE BEST! Always available. It is my second transaction with her and I will definitely use her services again. And certainly promote her as a broker. Thank you Michele
