Nicole Lovell

I decided to put my house up for sale on a Wednesday at 10 PM, so I texted Nicole to ask her if she would work with me. She texted me right back that night, took pictures the next day and we signed the agreement. The for sale sign was on the lawn the next morning and the first potential buyers went through the house that day. By Wednesday evening (less than one week from the time that I had initially contacted her), we had accepted a buyer's offer.

Nicole was great to work with. She was recommended to us by a friend and I'm glad we chose her. She was knowledgable about the area and priced our house according to markets, location, and for the quickest sale. She did not dissappoint! Always quick in responding to questions and communicated showings and feedback exceptionally well. Always pleasant, professional, realistic and upfront - honesty and straightforwardness are extremely important to us and that is what we recieved. Would highly recommend her as a realator. Thanks for everything!

Nicole was knowledgeable and professional. She was patient with all of my questions and never tired of my need for explanations about next steps. She was always considerate of my schedule and on time when we agreed to meet. Nicole did an incredible job for me and I am so grateful for her services in selling my property.
