About PETER

I KNOW REAL ESTATE

Hi! I'm Peter Tatar, and real estate is my lifelong passion. Licensed in Ontario and Florida, I specialize in waterfront, residential, and investment properties on both sides of the border. Based in Punta Gorda and an active member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, I provide full statewide access across Florida. Splitting time between Southwest Florida and Muskoka / Georgian Bay, I am available year-round for cross-border buyers, sellers, and snowbirds. With nearly a decade as a licensed agent and 40+ years in property management, I have also bought, sold, and managed Florida properties for over 30 years in my own portfolio. I bring true investor-level insight to every transaction. In Ontario, I keep my own boat ready to access island cottages. In Florida, my boating experience gives clients a real edge with canals, waterfront homes, and coastal communities. Whether selling in cottage country, buying in Florida, or seeking commercial insight, my experience protects you every step of the way. I offer elite service and total availability—reach out anytime!
