Phillip Howell

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Phillip! Buying our first home was such a huge and exciting milestone, but it also came with so many questions and uncertainties. Phillip was there to guide us every step of the way, always patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain everything and make sure we felt comfortable with every decision. He genuinely listened to what we wanted and always made us feel heard and supported. His expertise in the real estate market was evident throughout the entire process, but what meant the most to us was how genuinely he cared about helping us find the right home. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Phillip by our side during such an important chapter of our lives. We are beyond grateful for everything he did to make our first home-buying experience so special. We would wholeheartedly recommend him and would absolutely love to work with him again!

I met Phillip Howell months before I decided to put my house on the market and, for some reason, decided to hold on to his business card even though I was not planning to sell my home. I'm very glad I did because Phillip was wonderful to work with. He is ethical, realistic, communicates well, and was my representation during the listing and sale. Phillip went above and beyond with the staging, photography, open house, and negotiations. I would absolutely recommend Phillip to any buyer or seller looking for someone trustworthy and ethical.

Phillip Howell took on the job of selling our home that was in need of much! He tackled the thing that couldn't be done and he did it! Once listed, we had a contract in 4 days. Phil was thorough and considerate of our difficult circumstances. He worked tirelessly for us as it showed in his attention to detail. We shed 34yrs of tears in leaving this home behind. We couldn't have done it without him and, we're very pleased. Phillip Howell was an Angel and he was our Realtor. Thank you sir!
