Rebecca Nelson

Rebecca is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and overall exceptional at her job!

Rebecca Nelson was an absolute delight to work with. From our initial meeting to the closing, Rebecca guided me through the process, setting realistic expectations, keeping me updated continuously, and advising me on the validity and sincerity of proposed offers. Ultimately, Rebecca delivered an offer from a solid buyer that resulted in a successful sale without delays and multiple back and forth counteroffers. I would highly recommend Rebecca to all prospective sellers and buyers. Her marketing plan and promotioinal materials were over the top, along with helping to stage my home attractively resulting in a prompt sale in a slower market for sellers.

Working with Rebecca has been an absolute pleasure - twice now! There was no question who we would call to view properties and see if a move was right for our family. As a resident of the community we were interested in, Rebecca brought invaluable insight and knowledge that helped us make confident decisions. She was always responsive, clear in her communication, and offered sound, thoughtful advice throughout the process. Even after closing, she's continued to be a resource, answering follow-up questions with the same level of care and professionalism. We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring agent.
