Reva Kalapala

My boyfriend and I started our home search back in summer of 2025. We were not pleased with the current realtor we had. We felt like he was more passive in our home search and that I was more of an advocate for myself. Reva was a neighbor of mine and she started researching homes for us and showing us the data of what sold and for how much. We saw how adamant and passionate she was about real estate and how she wanted to help us with our home search that we decided to hire her on. She was amazing through the entire process. She is very knowlegdable in what she does and negotiated with Lennar for us. We hired her on as a realtor and we left with a friend. She is a very kind, friendly and aggressive realtor. I would definitely hire her again or recommend her to friends and family.

Reva is the best realtor you ever come across in Tampa Area! She does a lot of research and exactly suggests the location and pricing based on client's needs. She is very responsive and always responds to our questions immediately. I am amazed by her work ethic and punctuality. I would use her services again in the future and would definitely recommend my family and friends who are looking to purchase a house in Tampa area! Thanks Reva for all the support!

Reva Kalapala was amazing! She met with me at my time and explained everything clearly, guided me through the process, and mode closing smooth. Professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated - highly recommend for some one new to Florida and navigating through "New Home's and investment oppurtunities"!
