Ryan Krogman

I had so much on my plate, husband's health, not able to do a lot of fixup/cover upmoving, and things are so much more complicated than it was 50 years ago! Ryan Krogman walked me through the steps I would need to know, right down to show me how to put bins out for pickup!

Ryan was amazing! He communicated with us about local availability and regional environmental items that we wouldn't know about coming from out of state. He is very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with getting us in contact with contractors and vendors. Ryan went above and beyond! We will definitely tell everyone about him.

Ryan's knowledge of the Brookings market really helped us make informed decisions on properties we looked at prior to finding the home we purchased. During the offer and through closing Ryan was a great advisor, giving us options that gave us the best opportunity to get our offer accepted and handled all the details to close. Overall a great experience!
