Wade Cleary was born in upstate New York and moved to Florida when he was seven years old. Wade attended the University of Florida where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in economics and also was a varsity letterman.

Prior to his real estate career, Wade owned and operated a successful contracting business in Tampa for 16 years. His experience and knowledge makes him a strong advocate for his clients whether they are selling or buying a home in today’s real estate market.

INTERESTS

I enjoy working out, riding motorcycles and going to the beach. I was a DJ in college so I love all types of music and I am a sucker for great comedies. My wife and I have three children and the two oldest are software engineers working in corporate America. Our youngest is attending the University of Florida in the Pre-Med program with the goal of being a dermatologist.

CHARITY

I have donated my hair six times to Locks of Love and Panteen Beautiful Lengths. Aside from our company partnership with Easter Seals, I am a local sponsor for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
