Aaron Christensen has a system down where he is very available for all his clients. He tunes in to what the client is expressing they want and he goes after it for them. The lot that I ended up building on was not even available at the time but because he is not afraid to ask or negotiate, he got the builders to release that lot for building far sooner than it would have been had we waited for them to come around. He knew what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he went out and got it. He is Amazing at what he does. And he is fun, friendly, a good listener and he genuinely cares about his clients. I will recommend him to anyone I know needs a realtor. He is really that good!
