When it came to the contract we were up against multiple offers and Aaron was very experienced and thoughtful on how to be strategic to help make our offer stronger. There were even 2 cash offers we were up against and ultimately the seller still took our offer. The sellers agent even mentioned that it was the due diligence and preparation that Aaron did up front to know what would make our offer most impressive that made the difference.
