Abbey Briltz

After a few months in our new home, we couldn't be happier. Abby helped my boyfriend and me find the perfect fit for our calm lifestyle, while keeping us close to both work and family. Even though the search took a few months, she never gave up on finding the right match. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and will be refreshingly honest during viewings—always for the right reasons. Highly recommend!

Abbey helped me purchase my first property in Canada. Coming from the UK, the process of purchasing a property is quite different. Abbey was amazing. She walked us through the steps and introduced us to a very efficient mortgage broker and a home inspector. After a few property viewings, Abbey quickly understood what kind of property we wanted to purchase, and I found that very impressive. I found Abbey to be knowledgeable, honest, and available. She never minded rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, even on short notice. In summary, it was a pleasure working with Abbey, and I wish her all the best in her career.

Abbey, helped us sell and buy. I was fully sceptical to start the process, but Abbey made us feel comfortable and confident in our property when it came to listing. After we accepted an offer the same day as listing, we started the buying process. Abbey had our back all the way. She didn’t waste our time with properties out of our criteria, which actually made the process less stressful. She helped us find the perfect house for our little family and we couldn’t be more grateful.
