Abbey has been a friend for many years, originally meeting as part of the same volunteer organization and then learning we also attend the same church. The lady who compiled all my closing documents (I think her name was Linda) was very sweet when I dropped off my notarized HOA document to say I was current on my dues. All around, my sale process was a wonderful and smooth process with Century 21 I honestly cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Abbey's assistance in the sale of my townhome. Her attentiveness to what she does and how she can best position sellers to achieve whatever it is they are looking for from the sale of her property was a relief and let me focus on making sure the property was ready for the sale. Knowing she was taking care of all of the behind the scene details and documents was reassuring so I knew everything would be taken care of and I did not have to worry about it.
