Abbie was just terrific, she has such a great knowledge of Prescott and surrounding areas it made our experience very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Prescott.

Abbie and Karen were relentless advocates for my interests in what unexpectedly turned out to be a tricky situation. I would work with and recommend both without reservation.

This was our 5th transaction with Abbie Roses as our agent. I cannot think of any detail during any of these dealings that was not handled in the most professional and quickest way possible. Every inspection item, every survey, every detail was handled immediately. She gave us great advice on preparing homes to sell and was dead on accurate with market conditions and pricing. Communication was quick and her advice was always correct. I would not even consider using anyone else.

Abbie is great!!!!
