Our overall experience with Abbie (and then Karen) was amazing. We have had many real estate dealings and this was by far the best. It was unique to us in that the process of looking came at a time when the market had gone crazy, and we had to wait it out a bit. This meant a two year house hunt in which Abbie was incredibly patient. I sent her many, many texts, listings, and questions. She responded quickly with great counsel each time. Then, when we put an offer in on what is now our new Prescott home, multiple cash offers came in. Abbie and Karen handled this beautifully. It was a situation we have never been in and their experience and knowledge was what eventually made the deal happen for us. When we initially met Abbie, it was on our own. We then had a respected colleague suggest we use his realtor because she was the "best in town'. We were not surprised to hear that his realtor was also Abbie Roses!
