Abbie oversaw the work and make sure it was done correctly and to my satisfaction with pictures included. That was done in about a week.we then listed the property got an offer, countered, and agreed upon a price. I know it sounds cliché but Abbie did exactly what she said she was going to do,she followed through had great communication and was worth way more than the 3% she received( she was great)
