Adam Hayes was phemoninal! Once he understood the houseing needs of my wife and I, he honed in specifically to the types of homes in those categories. We covered allot of ground in a short time, traveling to a number of different areas in the Myrtal Beach, Horry county area to help us capture the "flavor" of the areas. We are from out of state, so that exposure he helped provide was esstential in helping us make a home buying decision. When if came to finally closing on the home we selected, Adams help finding a home inspection engineer, and assisting the the closing negotiations was greatly appreciated.

He found us our perfect home more in the country just like I had dreamed, and FINALLY I feel at home in the U.S. 🥰 Any questions we needed answering he had the answer for us.
