Adam Hayes did an excellent job balancing our needs and priorities in a difficult market. We were quickly relocating for work and he was able to help us narrow down our favorite areas and positioned us well to execute a deal when the right property hit the market. Adam was always well-researched and knowledgeable about the properties and developments. More importantly and less obvious, he helped us with all the small questions that arise when moving to an unfamiliar area. We have friends and family who will be using Adam for their next real estate deals. He is the “real deal” as a estate professional.

In doing my initial search for the best agent to fit my needs, I knew I had to find someone who would relate well to another fellow Realtor as I have been in the Industry for 36 years. I hit the jackpot with Adam Hayes! Hands down, Adam is the walking billboard of a true professional. His unmatched knowledge of not only the local housing market, but relating to my needs as a long time Investor in the market! I am not surprised to find out that Adam is not only a well respected agent, but in the top tier of his peers in South Carolina. Adam genuinely cares about the clients true needs. I look forward to continuing to build my investment portfolio with one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with!!!
