Adam Konruff

Adam was able to sell my house in FOUR DAYS!! I really appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable, and gave me a lot of good advice when deciding on a sales price. He also worked super hard to be make the sale happen, and he left no stone unturned. I would definitely utilize his services again!!

Adam was consistently able to help us in a timely manner with everything. We were able to look at all of the options we wanted to see within the span of a week after first contact. The home that he helped us find that we are in now, he let us visit it multiple times to make sure that that is what we wanted, to compare back after seeing others. He was very good about explaining the processes of things, answering any questions that we had and was a great middle man. We never had to wait long for him to relay communications between seller/sellers agent, and our lender, and even helped us find options to get an inspection done when the inspectors I found were already booked. We are very happy with our new home, and we appreciate his patience and work ethic to help us close as soon as possible. Thanks again, Adam! 10/10 would recommend him.
