Adele Suddes

We have sold many homes over the years, and Adele is the best Realtor we have had the pleasure of working with. She is professional, meticulous, and thoroughly understands the Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach market. Her recommendations for staging and preparing the home for sale were invaluable. In addition, she did an outstanding job marketing the home online and to the community at large. Adele was present at every showing and always followed up with buyers’ agents. She worked diligently on our behalf and was always available to answer questions. She is hard-working, thoughtful and gets results. We would hire her again and highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor.

Adele became a trusted friend as well as our real estate agent. She worked tirelessly to stay in touch with prospective buyer's agents and negotiated well within our parameters to secure a deal that provided a very positive outcome for everyone involved. I cannot say enough nice things about how much she helped us navigate through the listing, showing and closing of our property.

Adele's help was invaluable, from listening to our thoughts in the beginning to providing us valuable insight throughout the process. Our lot was sold very quickly and we were very happy with her communications and follow through. I would strongly recommend Adele to anyone buying or selling in the Fernandina Beach area.
