I considered a few real estate companies before we listed. I wanted a large agency with international marketing. I wanted a quick sale with as much exposure as we could get. He explained why we should price lower than we had planned as the market had changed. If we did not sell fast, we would be in the winter where sales slow a bit. We needed a quick sale over waiting for a buyer next year. So he priced it appropriately for a quick sale. It sold within 1 hour. That was excellent!

I have dealt with Aideen before on several other potential real estate transaction and one completed real estate transaction and I trust him completely.
