Overall, Aideen was great. Near the end of the deal, I felt a little bit rushed, but he had great attention to detail throughout and was very curious and took his time.

We needed to close the deal on the new home fast. The deal only would would in condition of us selling our current home at the best price availabe. The realtor for the new home told us we needed an aggressive realtor to sell our home, and put us in contact with Aideen. As mentioned before, the purchase of our new house was with condition of sale of our old house. The deal for the new house had to be closed within 30 days or we stand to lose our deposit. We signed to list the house on a Friday night, photographer came out to take pictures on Monday. The sign went up on the lawn on Wednesday. After a few days, we called Aideen to see why it wasn't listed on MLS. He said it was best to wait for the pictures from the photographer. The photographer went on holidays before sending them the photos. By the second Monday, Aideen said this wasn't acceptable and they were going to list the house regardless. Tuesday, it was listed on MLS with some pictures. Wednesday we had a showing, Thursday we had three more showings, Friday we had another showing during the day and an offer that evening. We accepted the offer that night, and the sale went through. The thing that impressed me and my wife most about Aideen, was his energy and trait of not procrastinating. He always pushed for things to be done ASAP, which a paramount considering the money we stood to lose if we couldn't sell our house for what we needed before the 30 days closing on the new house. Support from Melinda at their office was always replied quickly and efficiently. We will definitely recommend Aideen and his team to anyone needing to sell their home for the best possible price they can get. We already have told some of our friends about our experience as they have been sitting on selling their home for months and aren't happy with their current realtors efforts.

Aideen has done an excellent job on educating us, as clients, on the pros and cons of buying a preowned house. He makes sure it's gonna be worth it for a first home buyer like me. I appreciate his time and effort to make this possible for me and my family.
