After interviewing four or five companies/brokers we decided to go with Alejandra Lumpkin and Natalie Decker of Coldwell Banker. Their professionalism in accessing and appraising our property was impressive and we knew right away who we were going to use to list and sell our house. They marketed our houes in a way we weren't expecting which completley amazed us and were on top of everything from the showings all the way to and through the closing. I don't think anyone is excited to pay commissions on the sale of their home but, when you feel like you get what you paid for it makes it a lot easier.
