What stood out most was that she really listened to us. We wanted to sell the house as is, and she respected. She did not pressure us to take on extra projects like landscaping or repainting. Instead, she helped us find smart ways to address buyer concerns, including offering a home warranty and a small repair credit. That made a big difference. Her guidance, attention to detail, and understanding of the market were excellent. The listing went live on a Wednesday, and by Thursday we already had three showings booked for that Saturday. One of those showings turned into an offer, we accepted it.

Alejandra was great and easy to work with throughout the whole process and did what she could to get us the best price on our first home. Only thing that could be better and doesn't relate directly to Alejandra is the MLS portal they use for property viewing online could be a bit better. The user experience isn't great, could use a bit of modernization and work better on mobile devices.

As a family with a newborn moving back to the area from out of state, Alejandra fulfilled every single one of our requests and needs. Her communication was top tier and towered above other seasoned realtors I've worked with. She stayed in touch with us almost daily through the entire 6 month process of us moving which is vital when moving from out of state. She assisted us in finding the perfect home for our family scheduling over 20 viewings by herself sending us videos of all the walk throughs due to us not being moved to Ohio yet. Then she attended another 12 in person walk throughs once we had moved back. Alejandra strategically planned the routes to each of these homes in a way that made sense and never had us driving from one town to the other.
