Alex went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. He was patient and professional and took the time to explain every step in the home selling process. We really felt Alex had our best interest at heart and we never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another. He provided us with all the facts that enabled us to make the best decision to suit our needs. We also felt he really advocated for us during negotiations. Our initial offer fall through on the day conditions were supposed to be lifted and he was able to quickly find us a backup offer. Our house was officially sold only 3 days later than the initial sale was supposed to be completed. We walked away from the sale of our house confident in our decision.

During viewings, he would provide suggestions on how we can improve certain parts of the house if we were to buy or let us know about the furnace/water heater's condition.
