Alex made the whole process enjoyable and always had my best interests in mind. Alex was truly professional and very considerate of my requirements for a new home. He was always available to look at properties, always had lots of information, and important things to consider. After the purchase Alex was helpful for finding contractors for renovations I had in mind.

Alex Gerundini was an amazing professional to deal with throughout my entire buying process. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Selling a home from a different city is quite an ordeal, but he made it painless and easy and always kept me in the loop with what was going on, in the apartment and the city as a whole. He is easy to talk to, always there to answer questions and going to tell you what is going on, in a straight-forward and easy to understand way. I couldn't recommend Alex enough for anyone looking to buy or sell a place in Calgary and area.

We heard Alex was honest and a hard worker. After our sale and the purchase of our new house we couldn’t agree more. Alex kept us grounded throughout the process especially through a very uncertain time with covid 19. Alex was up to the challenge and very quick to respond to anything we had wether a question or to respond back to. Alex performed with all the respect you would expect when making the largest decision of our life. Very happy

Alex definetely made the selling and buying a painless journey, especially in the middle of COVID and adjustments to normal sales strategies He is a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much.

Alex was so patient and easy to deal with. Every home visit was smooth and had potential. It was easy to tell that he really listened and found options that met our expectations. Very happy with our home purchase and would highly recommend Alex to anyone interested in buying or selling their homes.

Alex was so great to deal with when finding our home. He was patient and allowed us to view multiple homes until we found the right fit! Alex knew what we were looking for and was pro active to show us listings that matched our list of wants! Thank you Alex for all the time and thought you put into finding our new home!!

Alex was great. Patient, took care of things right away, and kept me in the loop. The sale/purchase could not have gone any smoother.

From start to finish, Alex guided Sam and I through the entire home buying journey. He was diligent, detailed, knowledgeable and very responsive. His understanding of the market, communities and the future of home buying was impressive. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Alex.

Alex was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the home buying experience! He brought us to a variety of properties to help us figure out what we were looking forward and start to narrow our search. Alex was also very conscious and respectful of our budget which was important to us. It was a great experience overall and I will recommend him to anyone searching for a new home!
