This review is long overdue. Alex helped our family navigate the purchase of our new home in 2026 after we were disappointed with our previous realtor. He stepped in and exceeded our expectations in every way. Alex is attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly knows the area. We spent several months searching for the right home, and he was patient and available through countless texts, calls, and emails. When we found the perfect home, Alex guided us through pricing, helped us navigate important buyer considerations, and advocated for us throughout the entire process. His attention to detail also helped us identify potential repairs that could have cost us thousands down the road. Even months after closing, Alex continues to check in and offer advice. He genuinely cares about his clients beyond the transaction. I can't recommend Alex enough. If you're looking for a realtor who knows his stuff, looks out for your best interests, and goes above and beyond, this is the guy.

We had a wonderful experience working with Alex! Alex was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. We really appreciated the communication, guidance, and effort put into making everything go as smoothly as possible. It makes such a difference having a realtor you can trust and feel confident working with. We would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Alex is an amazing advocate for a home buyer. He walked me through each step of the buying process and he ensured I was prepared for the next step. He is extremely thorough when reading through the contracts and he offered me great advice when submitting my offer which made my offer stand out to the buyer. He was engaged throughout the entire process and advocated on my behalf after the inspection was completed as well. I highly recommend this knowledgeable and experienced realtor when buying a new home.

Alex was the consummate professional in the process of getting my house sold. He and his team went over and above the call of duty and got the job done. I highly recommend using him as your agent. You will not be disappointed.

Alex is by far the best around !! He is professional, organized and a go getter !! He helped us sell and buy our house and it was fast and easy thanks to Alex .

Alex is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to his clients’ needs. He has a great understanding of the market and did an excellent job representing my interests throughout the home-buying process. He coordinated inspections, negotiations, and other important details even when I was unavailable while on vacation. He helped me clearly identify what was negotiable and what was non-negotiable, and his focus was always on protecting my interests. What I appreciated most was that Alex wasn’t just focused on closing the deal. His goal was to help me find a move-in-ready home while avoiding unnecessary and expensive repairs after moving in. His guidance and attention to detail made the entire process much easier and gave me confidence in my decisions. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and client-focused buyer’s agent.

It was absolutely an amazing experience working with Alex. He was super flexible and extremly prefessional to work with and very knowledgable about his profession.

His indepth knowledge of local market trends, buyer preferences, and access to industry resources has been invaluable as both a buyer & seller. Alex offers personalized service from start to finish. Alex is a rockstar! His understanding of the local real estate market, purchasing trends, and what buyers are looking for was invaluable in completing the sale of our investment property in Anna. His integrity and commitment to transparency makes him stand out as an agent. He never sugar coats a situation and always gives insight through a realistic lens, which I appreciate as a seller. If you're looking for someone who will keep your long term goals above a quick sale, Alex is the one for you!

Alex is incredible. He helped us navigate a rather complex purchase and various repair negotiations for our dream home with patience, tenacity, and professionalism.
