My family needed a house sold and bought at the same time. We had a time crunch that we were working with. She was able to sell our house at top dollar, and get the house we wanted purchased below appraised value so we went in with immediate equity. We are moving in with time to spare now. She also is still helping us after we have closed with things like house cleaning and making sure all the things that need to be fixed in the house we are buying are getting fixed. Alex did a wonderful job helping us to choose a good neighborhood in a large area that we had limited knowledge of when looking. We are close to stores, restaurants, interstate, etc and she even got both my wife and I to less than 15 minutes away from work. She did amazing with our negotiation and got us repair work that needed to be done before moving in and even made sure a piece that got missed was added in after the fact.
