Alexandra Serrano helped us sell our home while we are across the country in California. She has gone above and beyond all expectations for our home appraisal. She did her research and ran all comps to make sure our home came in above the “expected price point.” Alexandra truly cares about her clients and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy and ensure everything goes as smooth as possible.

Without putting my life story on here. In the middle of buying the house I got some really bad news. I decided to continue moving forward and Alex was extremely patient and calm. She went above and beyond just being my agent. I will be buying my houses wherever Alex is.

We were out of state buyers and Alex was so helpful in guiding us through the crazy housing market. She is extremely responsive and I loved all of the communication we had. Alex knows the market is very hot right now and was able to go look at home and facetime us to see them either the same day they were listed or the next day. I don't think we would have survived this process without her. She was encouraging and optimistic during the entire process and I appreciated that she seemed to really care about us during the process. I can't recommend Alex enough for buying/selling in the Hampton Roads area. She will go above and beyond for you!!

The best real estate agent in Hampton Roads that you can find!

Alexandra was in our corner from Day 1, and made the stressful experience of a first-time home purchase, anything but. Her knowledge of the area, her attention to detail, and her availability at any hour landed us the perfect house in an incredibly difficult market. Would highly recommend and my wife and I plan to use her for any real estate transaction in the future.

Alexandra Serrano is very professional and easy to work with. I had my home on the market with another realtor and that was a very horrible experience. I ended up terminating my contract. The previous relator had my home on the market for 52 days. Once Alexandra took over the sale of my home and it sold within a week! She knew what needed to be done, helped me with the repairs and was there every step of the way with positive words and encouragement. As a business woman myself, I appreciate her dedication, kindness and professionalism. Alexandra gets it done! I HIGHLY recommend Alexandra Serrano!

I would recommend Alexandra Serrano to anyone!! She is simply the best real estate agent in Hampton Roads. She is knowledgeable, communicative, professional and understanding. She had helped me in my family in several sales and purchases and is always there for you. She has a personalized touch that goes beyond the real estate transaction. She always has her client's interests at heart and will fight to get you what you want and need. She makes the whole process less stressful than it can be and communicates everything that is happening. She is always there to answer your questions and has a great attention to detail. Alexandra Serrano is wonderful to work with and has helped me get my dream home and I could not be more happy!

Alex was a pleasure to work with. Her warm personality and friendly demeanor made the entire buying and selling experience enjoyable. Choosing a home out of state can be difficult, but Alex was upfront and honest about everything and I felt confident and comfortable with her feedback even if it was something I didn’t wanted to hear. We were able to purchase the home we wanted because of her excellent advice and negotiation strategies! I recommend Alex to anyone who wants an honest and positive home buying or selling experience.
