I would need many more than 150 characters to explain how awesome Alexandra Serrano was throughout the entire home purchase process. This is our 3rd time that we are using Alex and we can`t be happier. From the work she did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the closing process (after a delay on lender`s side, she did the impossible to close on that same day we were scheduled for). She's a true pro. If you are moving to Hampton Roads area, there is only one realtor to use: Alexandra Serrano. She is pretty much a part of our extended family. We'll never use another realtor and neither should you!

Alex was hands down the most impressive person I've met in the realistate business. She didn't come off as a "used car salesman" like so many do. She genuinely had my best interest at heart, and wasn't afraid to steer me away from a property that wasn't perfect for me. She patiently explained everything to me, sometimes multiple times. Alex didn't hesitate to rework her schedule to best fit mine. Her clients and her kids are her top priority -- something we can all respect and admire.

Throughout the homebuying process, Alexandra was unparalleled. She was thorough, helpful, knowledgable, and is everything I could have hoped for from a realtor. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and has ensured at every single step of our homebuying process that we had no regrets or unanswered questions. She was always no more than 10 minutes in returning a phone call or text message and was available at all hours to answer questions and submit paperwork. She did a phenomenal job and I cans think of a negative comment to make about her performance. She has become a good friend through this and I cannot imagine using anyone else to go through this process again.

Because of Alex’s due diligence and knowledge, we were able to sell our home for a much higher price than we had initially anticipated - and in record time! She is aggressive and always fought for what was in our best interests. Alex is just the best!

Alex was wonderful. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I served as the Administrator of a probate estate, and there was lots to be done to the home to prepare it for sale, to include cleaning out the home and selling large items. Not only did she cover every detail in listing and showing the house, she was integral in preparing it for sale. She connected me with movers and contractors to increase the the home's marketability and sale price, and she even personally sold furniture items to increase the value of the estate. She kept in constant communication with me regarding showings and offers, and smartly negotiated our final sale price. I will never use another real estate agent in Virginia Beach, and I will recommend her to everyone.
