There were roadblocks which stalled the sale of the particular home I was looking at, and the process became very tension filled, as I was selling my home at the same time I was looking to buy. The purchase seemed to appear as something which would happen in a much more timely fashion than it did, and as a result, negotiations became very frustrating. Al was continually checking in with me and we collaborated on our next steps as time went on, He worked with both sides diligently to get to an agreeable conclusion which ultimately led to the purchase being successfully completed, His hard work put me at ease, and for that I would have no problem in recommending him to others.
