Alice's service and knowledge of the community is great. I appreciate her help and service.

Alice is very knowledgeable regarding real estate market. She was very helpful in the whole process of buying my property.

Hi Alice, My wife and I first found you through AI Grok and ChatGPT, along with a strong recommendation from my cousin. We made our first call to you, and you were incredibly patient as you shared detailed information about Laguna Woods Village — its lifestyle, activities, healthcare, shopping, and housing market. In the middle of March, we traveled from Washington State to visit Laguna Woods Village. Despite the very hot days, you kindly gave us a tour of the community and showed us different homes. We quickly decided to move to Laguna Woods Village, and in such a short time, you helped us find a short-term lease house and purchase a condo, allowing us to settle down smoothly. It still feels almost unbelievable how quickly everything came together. We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication. We would like to thank you again and again. Warm regards, Guokun and Zhenni
