I was very pleased with my experience with Alice Lu. She was very responsive, reliable and gave honest answers to my questions. I've used other realtor's in Calgary and those experience's haven't been great, often those realtor's I caught lying to me and also they only cared about completing the sale. That can make the home buying or selling process incredibly frustrating, the agent and the buyer/seller can become opponents rather than teammates. But with Alice, it's more of a teamwork and collaborative approach in finding a place that suits the client's needs. Buying or selling a home is much less stressful with a good and honest agent.
