Alice A. Wise

I highly recommend Ms. Alice Wise without reservation to anyone buying or selling a home. She represented me in both capacities and delivered exceptional service and consistent professionalism throughout each transaction. As my "buyer’s agent", Alice took the time to understand my priorities, identified properties that aligned with my needs, and provided clear, thoughtful guidance from the initial search through negotiations, inspections, and closing. Her market knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave me confidence at every stage of the process. After such a positive buying experience, I asked Alice to represent me when it was time to sell my home. She developed a well-informed pricing and marketing strategy that generated immediate interest, and my home went under contract within two days. I will absolutely enlist her services for future Big Island transtransactions and highly recommend her to anyone seeking an experienced, trustworthy real estate professional.

Ms. Wise communication skills were key in this transaction. Her ability to listen & consider all aspects of the situations of the seller & buyer established a mutual trust between all parties involved. Her ability to provide all pertinant documents in a timely way greatly facillitated this transaction. Trust " hilina'i " is one of the most important things in a relationship, most difficult to aquire & easiest to lose. 'Alike loa'a ia ia ko kakou hilina'i, Alice has our trust. Mahalo for letting us work with her. R Koscik

Alice was very accessible throughout the selling experience. She explained what to expect at each point and told me who I would be working with in the different phases of the process. At one point, I called her while she was driving. She pulled over and tried to send me the information I was asking for. It did not go through, so she went back to the office to make sure I got what I needed. I appreciate her conscientiousness and positive attitude!
