Aljokita Dixon was absolutely critical in the process of selling a property. We faced the daunting task of selling an as-is property that required a complete clean-out prior to closing. Aljokita stepped up and managed the entire clean-out process, coordinating vendors and ensuring the property was delivered vacant and ready for the buyer. She handled the complex, off-market transaction w/ professionalism and efficiency. Her comprehensive, hands-on management meant that the sale was handled w/ little burden on the seller. If you need a truly dedicated agent who will go far beyond just listing a property, Aljokita is the one to call.
