Many other agents bugged me with weekly calls, texts and emails trying to get me to keep looking for places...meanwhile Allan said to reach out to him if I had questions about anything I am interested in seeing. That was better for me, so I went with him! He is extremely nice, knowledgable, and will go far out of his way to help.
