Mr Allan Crooks is simply the best !!!

ALLAN IS A BROKER WHO GIVES ATTENTION TO DETAILS, ALWAYS PLACED US IN HIGH PRIORITY EVEN THOUGH THIS PURCHASE WAS NOT GOING TO BE VERY PROFITABLE FOR HIM. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO INTRODUCE VENDORS TO US TO GIVE ESTIMATES FOR REPAIRS AND HAD GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR ALTERNATIVE CHOICES, TO BRING PRICES DOWN. HE IS A STICK TO IT PERSON, KEPT US INFORMED THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS, EXPLAINED DETAILS. THIS WAS A VERY COMPLICATED SALE INVOLVING THREE TRUSTEES WHICH TOOK FOUR MONTHS TO CLOSE . ALLAN NEVER GAVE UP. MY THANK YOU TO ALLAN, SOOMI, AND KRISTY FOR UNTIRING EFFORT.

I have dealt with many realtors including family, Alan and Soomi are the best by far. No matter what time you text or call you will always get an answer. We would get emails from them at 3:00 am. They were there when you needed them and even when you didn't. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
