Allen Grace is a excellent realtor to work with. He is very attentive to all aspects dealing with real estate. After working with Allen through several properties, buying and selling, I would recommend his expert knowledge in any real estate needs in the future.

He's not just a Realistate Broker salesmen he's Part of our caring friends, fun to talk to and laugh with .. during these days of global issues. He insured home was perfict to sell and on point and on time . He pegged the selling price as I started high just in case it sold fast then ; then we adjusted it accordingly. On my bad days , Allen remained professional and listened superbly and was always calm cool collective, as I was at times up set with market. Purgatory home sales sellers and buyers odd market . Well best to all at Cressy and Everett: Blessings to Allen Grace and Family . Thank you Allen Mary and Tom

Allen Grace did a fantastic job helping us sell our house. He helped us set an ideal market value. We got offers our first day on the market and he was a pro in helping us navigate inspection responses and handle all of the back-and-forth at the end of the sale. We've now bought two homes with Allen and sold one, and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Allen Grace is an excellent partner - he was very helpful in navigating a tricky situation with the seller and helped us get the home we wanted at the price we wanted. He was also incredibly thourough in helping us with the inspection process, even sourcing quotes for all repair work needed. We are happy to recommend Allen!

Allen was phenomenal. Super professional and very detailed. When we finally made a choice and got it he was super helpful in the process. He also identified things that I didn't know existed and we were able to take care of everything we wanted and all the credit goes to Allen.

Allen Grace is the Best of the Best in his work as a Realtor. He explained and went on and above in everything that needed to be done. He kept me calm and explained things that made so much sense when I needed that help. I have bought and sold about 6 house. There has been no one that has come close to the professionalism he gave me. I can't say enough things he went on and above to get my house Sold. I Will continue to recommend him to everyone I know that is in the market to buy or sale. I appreciate the work he does for Cressy & Everett. Thank you Patricia ( Trish) Wolf

He was incredible in helping navigate the process of buying my first house. He listened to me, provided me with great information about each house that we saw and was always looking for what was best for me. I am so grateful with Allen for making this process so easy I will recommend him 100%

Incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Allen Grace in our housing search. Allen's thoroughness and ability to communicate us how and why things happened made everything much smoother and gave us a greater understanding of the process. Allen was readily available to discuss anything and did a whole lot of work behind the scenes on our behalf. For our first time in the home buying process, we are so fortunate to have partnered with Allen.

I have worked with Allen previously and I consider him to be the consummate professional. He is thorough and understanding. Having worked with other realtors in the area, there is just no comparison. He is ready to address all issues that arise, no matter how unforeseen. Nothing surprises him In fact, I have now seen several times how agents on the other side also depend on Allen to do things right and even make up for what they leave incomplete or unconsidered. I recommend Allen to everyone.
