Allen always worked hard to get through whatever was thrown at us for the sale. He always follows up on the situations. Keeps me informed at every stage of the game. We were able to get everything sold in a short amount of time. Thanks Allen!

Allen went above and beyond to help us find the property that we like in the area of our interest. He helped us a lot throughout the process in getting the things done correctly. Especially when we were the first time home buyers and was not completely knowledgeable about the process. Allen helped and made sure that we don't undersee anything. We are very happy that we choose Allen as our broker. We dont think we would have gotten our house without Allen's help. Allen worked so hard in getting the inspection responses back from the Sellers. Allen is very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. He is very patient and understanding at the same time.

I can't think of anything. Our experience was great. Allen helped with situations I didn't understand and guided us through the entire process. I think Allen has become a friend as well as our RE agent.

I was extremely pleased with my overall experience in regards to working with Allen Grace. I have been in the area for the past six years engaging with the South Bend community, while at the same time investing in South Bend real estate. I was only interested during this time, in working with someone that I felt comfortable enough, to reveal my needs and expectations to. Allen was very knowledgeable concerning the contractual process that was involved in my unique real estate transaction. His skills helped me greatly, as we navigated the process together. While he may not agree: His excellent communication skills, greatly helped my communication skills. And for that, I am extremely grateful to him. I am certain, you will receive the same five star experience that was given to me. Thank you Allen!

Highly Recommend dealing with Allen. Superb.

I would highly recommend Allen Grace. He was friendly and very professional.

Allen helped me a great deal; especially since I am out of state. He explained everything thoroughly, brought items to my attention and kept up with me through emails, phone calls and texting, plus his replies to my questions and concerns were always prompt.
