Allen came highly recommended from a friend at church. It is helpful to trust the source of referral. Allen went above and beyond helping us sell the property. We were living out of state and he was the local "hands on" that we needed. He kept in close contact throughout the process. We were actually intermittently on the market over the past seven years and were getting discouraged. He talked me off the edge a couple times. He was respectful of our choices, even if they weren't what he suggested. I think the scores talk for themselves. Not sure how Allen could have improved anything as our selling agent.

It too bad other companies don't train their agents like Cressy does Allen was not able to get information from the other agent so he took it upon himself to call and get the information that we needed and kept me posted on a regular basis.

Allen became a trusted agent in buying our first home. When we decided to sell and buy a new home he was an obvious choice in our mind.

Allen Grace went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with our purchase. This has been especially helpful for us because we live out of state. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Even after the purchase, he has continued to help facilitate contractors doing repairs to the house. He should receive the Nobel Prize for real estate agents!! We would recommend him to anyone, and we will definitely use his services in the future if needed.

Allen Grace was as careful with the sale of our property as you would expect if he was selling a much more expensive property. We had worked with Allen for over ten years and had experienced his knowledgeable, friendly, timely professionalism. It was easy to decide to have him represent us as we marketed this property. We currently live over 1000 miles away from South Bend. He handled all of the many details we would have done had we been in the community.

It was my pleasure to know and work with Allen Grace. He is very knowledgeable of the market and gives his 200%. He understood my needs perfectly and was helpful from start to finish. He responds via email/call very fast, and has great local connections to vendors a seller would find useful. He is patient and caring, and I will definitely recommend him to anyone in South Bend area.

I would recommend Allen to anyone who asked for a realtor. He started out explaining how selling property was different than selling a house. then we went step by step to make sure I understood the pricing and process of the is project. I was very appreciative of his efforts because I had no idea what I was doing. I feel he has be very honest with me, he has kept me in the loop, and has dealt with the problems that have happened so I would not have to deal with them alone. I am very pleased with Allen's work and diligence. Thank You Allen.

This was the smoothest process we've ever had for the sale of a house. We had complete confidence in Allen's ability to close this sale in a timely and equitable manner. We didn't have to worry about anything...Allen had it all covered. His communications with us were prompt. He addressed any questions we had immediately. He went out of his way to help us find a reliable contractor when we needed one. All in all a pleasant experience.
