Allen Grace is the very best buyer's agent I've ever dealt with. We are also going to use him to sell our home when it's ready. I've never trusted an agent as much as I trusted Allen. I had no doubt that he had my best interest in mind during the entire process.

ALLEN GRACE,went above and beyond the call of duty for us,always accessable,

Allen, you did a wonderful job,and I promise I will use you again soon. I will pass my recommendation to all my freinds in st jor county. I really appreciated your advice and recommendations

Allen was very helpful, understanding that my wife had suffered a stroke, and my main concern was not bothering much about the house sale. He helped resolve a number of small problems and kept my involvement to a minimum. He is clearly well informed about the details of home sales, and helped me with a process I had never been involved in before

Allen was amazing for us, from start to finish. His knowledge of the market, the belief of what our home could sell for, handling the demands (and rejecting them when needed) of the buyers, all were huge for us. I’d recommend him for sure and would absolutely use him again.

I would definitely recommend Allen Grace to my family and friends for the sale or purchase of a new home. He was personable, attentive, professional and thorough. I felt comfortable asking questions and always received a quick response. He made selling my mothers home a lot easier than I thought it would be.
