Allison handled every aspect of our sale with the highest level of professionalism and knowledge. She helped beyond what I would have expected from a Real Estate agent. We have now worked with Allison Greetham on three separate occasions. Once to buy a home, and twice in selling a home. We are not easy to work with as we do not live in Utah and have dealt with these transactions from Maryland and Japan. We recently sold two homes with Allison. During this time, we were undergoing an emergency move from Japan to Maryland, trying to find a place to live in Maryland, and my spouse was going through tumor removal surgery and chemotherapy. Oh, and the pandemic, which meant homeschooling our child. We had decided to sell the first home before all of this happened and the second well into it. Allison took care of everything for us, and when I say everything, I mean everything! She did such a fantastic job that my spouse and I would often look at each other and comment that we had forgotten we were getting the homes ready to be sold. She took care of all the details, found the right people to fix different items, and ensured the houses were presentable. Both houses had multiple offers within the first 24 hours and above the asking price. She walked us through what offers she thought were best and made sure we understood what the offers truly meant. She then made the closing of the sales seamless. We have worked with other realtors before. However, we had such a great experience with Allison when purchasing a home that we knew we wanted to work with her again when selling. Allison exceeded our expectations and made selling these homes such a stress-free, enjoyable experience. Her hard work and determination made our lives easier and let us focus on our transition to a new home and caring for my spouse through their cancer treatment. I cannot recommend Allison Greetham highly enough, nor can I adequately describe what she meant to us during this time of our lives. Allison made our lives easier. She took the stress away so well that we did forget we were selling homes until she reached out to us.
