Allison Greetham was recommended by my property manager a couple of years ago when I was selling a rental in American Fork. The house had been left in terrible shape by the tenants and needed a lot of repairs and upgrades to prepare it for sale. Allison has access to reasonably priced, competent service personnel who got the work done. Allison is knowledgeable of the area, priced the house at fair market value, and got it sold. When we decided to sell the rental property in Clinton she was a natural first choice. I live out of state and at no time was I physically in Utah during preparations and negotiations for this sale. Allison and I communicated daily by phone, text and email. Allison went above the call of duty in coordinating and checking on the results of cleaning, repairs and painting, which would have been very challenging for me to accomplish from 3 states away. She kept me informed of everything every step of the way. I have bought and sold several properties over the years, in six different states, so I know how to rate an excellent realtor for honesty, efficiency, and knowledge. In addition to her excellent professionalism and communication skills Allison has a great sense of humor, which made the ordeal of selling a property so much less stressful.

Allison was a pleasure to deal with. She did not push us to hurry through anything we did not understand. She was informative on all of the questions that we had, from contracts to standard procedures. I would definitely use Allison again, I just hope I don't need her for a while (I really like the new house).
