Allison Greetham was wonderful to work with. She was great at listening to what both my husband and I wanted throughout the entire process while also providing helpful insight as we looked at different properties. I would recommend her services to anyone because she was honest, willing to work with us and help us understand the whole home-buying process.

Thanks Allison, you made it very easy and quick. You let me know exactly what I needed to do and when. That made it go so smoothly. You are the best. Thanks.

We had interviewed several agents because we had had terrible experience with a previous agent and wanted to be sure that we had someone who knows what they're doing. We were immediately impressed by Allison and her knowledge of the business, she was so helpful every step of the way and continued to exceed expectations. We have already referred her to friends, she is great! She put the listing up on Thursday night and we had an acceptable offer by Monday night. Everything else was smooth sailing from there, she just took charge of everything and we knew it was all being taken care of.... great feeling! Allison was also very honest and forward, she would tell things exactly like they are...no sugar coating, blunt but tactful, fabulous!

I was referred to Allison by some friends of mine when I wanted to purchase a home. They told me she was the most knowledgeable and professional agent that I could find, and I can't help but agree. She knows the ins and outs of the real estate business like no-one else. Allison's expertise and experience continued to shine throughout the entire home buying process. She was able to answer every question I had, and catch potential hiccups before they happened. Her friendliness and willingness to help with every aspect of my home went above and beyond my expectations. When I had to sell the home, I didn't consider any other agent. I went straight to Allison. She handled everything professionally and went above and beyond the call of duty for my unique situation. I recommend her to everyone I know.
