As I stated above, Allison handled every aspect of the sale and made it very easy for me

I would recommend Allison Houston to family and anyone. she was helpful with all the important information, very communicative and easy to talk to.

Allison was amazing! She went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely recommend or use Allison again!! Thank you for everything!

Allison was wonderful! She made what should have been a nightmare--buying an occupied, foreclosed house from out-of-state, an easy task. Her expert knowledge of the market, local neighborhoods, negotiations with banks, housing legal issues, professional connections, and accessibility were superb. I felt like I was her only client. Allison is truly an A++ realtor.

I highly recommend Allison for a real estate agent! She made everything so easy and was so patient. You would think she was the one looking for a new house as her attention to needs/wants and all the details was so spot on. Even if she was out of town, she made sure that someone else was available to oversee our needs. Thanks, Allison - you were the best!!!

We are military and were house hunting from across the country. Allison was the most helpful and attentive realtor we could’ve asked for in this situation. She FaceTimed us for showings and sent lots of pictures of everything. Allison was honest with what she was seeing in the homes and she immediately got answers to any questions we asked. She was on top of what needed to get done and worked very efficiently. I would definitely recommend working with Allison and we are very thankful to have had her during this time!

Allison did a great job at helping us find a house within our budget and kept on top of questions and concerns.

Allison did a fantastic job helping me find my first house. Especially in this crazy market, she was able to get me a great price and the process was very easy. I will definitely recommend her services.

Allison made this process easy. She was professional, timely, informative and so many other wonderful things. I am very thankful we found her.

Allison Houston went above and beyond to help us find our home. We put three different offers on homes and along the whole way she walked us through the process and did an amazing job explain things to us so we understood. She dedicated a lot of time for us driving around and getting pictures/videos of house as well as giving us FaceTime showings because we are out of state. We had so much trust and confidence in Allison, we were not at all concerned about buying a home sight unseen. She was very picky on walk through a and made sure we were aware of every little thing. If there were any lingering questions we had or curiousities she would not hesitate to ask the seller's realtor to put us at ease. I have recommended her to a friend and will recommend every single person I come in contact with that needs to buy or sell a home. Allison Houston was amazing and very understanding and patient with us when we stopped looking at houses for a few weeks and as soon as we were ready again she was accessible and ready to help us with everything. She never pressured us into anything and continued to stay in contact sending us occasional lists of homes that met our interest and specific criteria.
